I had the same problem with my waterdog (the same with the tapeworm) and when I used "Clout", that problem was resolved. I've saw "Complete remedy" too but I don't know if it is safe. In fact, I don't think that products you will find in petshop are safe, because they are not tested on amphibians. You just have to try if you think that your waterdog needs it. Maybe it will be a good product.

P.S. My waterdog doesn't excrete tapeworm since saturday!!!!

The major reason I selected this was because it does not contain copper salts, but the active ingredient is a 3.35% solution of Sodium Chlorite. I know salts in general are bad for amphibians
