UVB confusion???

I've been doing alot of research on Indigos and hope to aquire a pair in the near future, I've come across some conflicting info with UVB. I've read from some caresheets that they need UVB lighting, others say that they need D3 supplementation, and others say they don't need UVB at all???? Seeing as Indigos are large, black, diurnal, active hunters would suggest to me that UVB would be necessary. Can someone clarify this for me once and for all??
