Anyone know of any egg-eating snakes that are available in captivity and where I could get information about how to care for them and a means to get one possibly? I think it would be really neat to have an egg-eating snake. I am worried that maybe chicken eggs from the store wouldn't be enough nutrition for them though. Is this maybe why I haven't found any for purchase anywhere? Because there is no means to a useful food source?
Are egg-eating snakes poisonous or are there different kinds? They obviously don't constrict or need any means of killing their "prey" just being eggs, but maybe they have biological defence anyway for sake of being safe around snake-eating birds that mother the eggs? Anyway, starting to ramble now. Any info would be appreciated. See ya around.
