These guys let me watch them eat all the time. They have a small bit of attitude, but I use them for educational programs without any problems. They don't have teeth basically so no real worry of a bite! They are fast and really do like to do the saw-scaled motion to intimidate. Once picked up, they settle down. Care isn't much harder than any other snake provided they don't get too hot, dry out, and you find an egg source. It has taken a bit of effort to get a reliable egg source of all sizes, but once you know how to "talk the talk" to bird people it works really well. My 2 cents.
