That's cool. I wish mine were more tractable. I usually take mine to educational programs too, but I don't let anyone else handle them because usually, people who are new to snakes get nervous around them as they try to literally fling themselves out of my hands. They even puff up their throat region to make themselves more threatening. And mine won't let me watch them eat either. For those reasons, I won't recommend them to people who have very little experience with snakes, ie. only have one snake, and it's a ball python. (Not to mention the variable availability of appropriate-sized eggs).
I'm really glad to see that people such as yourself are having really good experiences with egg-eaters - now I'm jealous, lol!

:These guys let me watch them eat all the time. They have a small bit of attitude, but I use them for educational programs without any problems. They don't have teeth basically so no real worry of a bite! They are fast and really do like to do the saw-scaled motion to intimidate. Once picked up, they settle down. Care isn't much harder than any other snake provided they don't get too hot, dry out, and you find an egg source. It has taken a bit of effort to get a reliable egg source of all sizes, but once you know how to "talk the talk" to bird people it works really well. My 2 cents.
