Those are often the symptoms of a respiratory ailment or infection. A good vet is key to recovery...they would most likely give the turtle a shot to help them fight the infection. Make sure to check your water and basking temps. Often, respiratory issues can be caused by temps being too cold. When a turtle has a respiratory ailment that you might also want to raise the temps by a few degrees while they are recovering. I don't know of any successful homeopathic remedies for respiratory issues...maybe some of the other people out there who post here do. Good luck!
