do you have a UVB light? if not, this (and natural sunlight) is the only way to give the turtle vitamin D3. if you use natural sunlight, make sure its not through the window glass, or aquarium glass, because that reflects the vitamins and the turt will not get them...... other than that, try to consult a vet. good luck and keep us posted
