Newbie Questions

My pitiful MHD has started soaking in her pool for days at a time-2 1/2 days is the longest so far. She's being treated for worms and a variety of other ailments (she was purchased from a chain store-SORRY!!)and isn't in the best of health. Enough rambling-is this soaking behavior very normal? She seems alert and follows us with her eyes...she's not eating well right now but that's a whole other posting...she doesn't object to being removed but almost always returns to her pool when I put her back. Any comments? Should I be more concerned than I already am over my poor dragon?
