:sounds to me like she is gravid. Is she pretty fat, almost lumpy looking? Also, how big is she (length from snout to vent and total length). Soaking and not eating is a big sign of being ready to lay eggs. check out the website www.froggieb.com/MHDCaresheet.html it has a lot of information on MHD's and will help you get ready for her to lay eggs if she is indeed gravid. Lets hope she is!! Good luck with the treatments!

Herby is 6" snout to vent and 10 1/2" snout to tip of tail. Of course that used to be about 12 1/2" but that's a story for another time...I don't want to breed her and I'm not interested in the eggs, but what should I be doing so she can hopefully pop this (potential) clutch of eggs out herself??
