Hepp !
I just wanted to say that it is the overall diet Ca:P that is recommended to at least 2 and not Ca:P in every single food item.
I believe many of us are sometimes just too focused on the Ca:P ratio in different vegetables. Just look at what values
that are listed in many nutrition tables.
My diet is made up by a variety of veggies but has only Ca:P of 0,75. Not much to do about that as "good foods" to choose
between is limited where I live.
So in the choice between Ca:P and variety I have choosen variety.
"Nutritious/varied but poor Ca:P diet" then boosted to Ca:P 2-3.
If I should have choosen Ca:P instaed, the diet would only contain 2-3 items.
No problem so far.
Just my opinion
Hakan
