Choosing only the postive Ca:P foods would limit me to.....lets see table....2 veggies, 4 greens and 1 papaya.
I cant feed my iguanas only that. They would either kill me or break potty training.

And when I list these Ca rich foods I can see that they are lacking in some other important substances that I can find in
other foods available in the supermarket...

So why skip good food only for being a little low in Calcium ?. I know the problem with these foods ! so whats the problem ?.
Just sprinkle a little Ca that is missing and I may come up with a superdiet !!!.

What I nightmare it should be if I tried to do the opposite. Go only after Ca:P and then try to figure out and correct/adjust
the rest with my multivitaminpowder sorting out everything in my iguana research lab. HELP !. LOL LOL

I admit I am trying to confuse you a little now.
But I am not wrong . Or am I ?.

No problems observed sofar.

Excessive amounts Ca does no harm to the iguana and is just simply flushed out (when not supplementing vitamin D3 dietary)
