Food Chopping Question

I do not own an Iguana but I thought I'd come to the king of herbivorous lizards forum to ask a question. I have an Egyptian Uromastyx who is 3.5 pounds and eats like a pig (all leafy greens). I was wondering if any of you could suggest a food processor/chopper of somesort that would make preparing food easier. He goes through 3 of the large bunches of greens every couple days and it is quite a pain to chop them all (as I'm sure most of you know). Any suggestions?
