I take a baggie out of the freezer and toss it in the fridge when I use the last of the current one. I don't pack it tight so it thaws by the next morning. I would do the chopping thingy but my ig really hates eating veggies, if they're whole he picks them out and only eats greens. As long as they are all shredded together and on top of his greens he eats them. Ever had a green bean tail whipped at you? :P

:how do you thaw the veggies. also I chop my green beans and squash in the beginning of the week and ziplock them in thier own baggies. could they ziplock together fine?
