I stem wash and then roll and cut. Mixing collards and mustard for a couple days then when i purchse I get maybe turnip greens and dandelions. The same veggies as everyone else and I do food process them about every 3 to 4 days and keep in airtight tupperware.
The fruit which is like a couple blueberries or whatever I have I wash and cut in half for Lizzy. Having only one iguana maybe lets me be able to do this daily. If I go away then i premake bowls and cover and leave in fridge for sitter to take out.
Sometimes I may prechop the greens but found they wilt faster that way. i usually just chop off the stalky ends and put in a clean bag when I get them home though.
