Hello,
This is my first post on this list, though I regularly post on the BD and Monitor lists. I have seen an ad in the paper for a blue iguana of 4' witha cage for $50.00 and I figured I'd check it out and see if I liked the little (big?) fellow. I'm experienced for the most part with a savannah and argus monitors (only a baby argus right now) and bearded dragons. I know that iggies eat vegitable matter for the most part, but they can eat things like mealworms and crickets and such too, right? Just curious if any of you have had monitors or bearded dragons and how they all react towards each other. Obviously I wouldn't be putting them in contact with each other for obvious reasons, but just curious if it was any harder to keep these pets when you owned the various types at the same time? Please email me or respond here. I know it shouldn't be too hard with BD's... at least cirsisue has them both without problems from what I assume.
thanks.
