Another Question: Leapin' Lizard

As I told you in Frantic Tame Iguana? (post), my ig loves to run. In fact, she loves to leap! I can walk around with her (once I catch her the first time) but only with caution. She always tries to leap. Not aggressively, she just does. Does anyone have handling tips? I also want to know something. Everyone talks about handling their ig without TOO much difficulty. Mine (Inca is her name) runs around so I can't catch her. Do you think this would be solved with a bigger, shelf-like cage? (The one she is in is 30Gal.) I would really appreciate some help!
