He's still in Relocation Stress, plus it sounds like he does not yet have an optimal setup. See how changes affect igs:

Your ig's hissing and biting is defensive, stemming from fear.
Once the habitat climate conditions and the other specifications are met, and he gets used to it and calms down, he'll notice his hunger, and eat. It might take weeks.
Make sure there is lots of water available in more than one location. You want to help this ig to prevent becoming dehydrated, which can lead to severe medical problems (temporary food-fasting for a week or two, if he's healthy, is ok). Pet stores sell inexpensive drip containers; the dripping stimulates drinking.
Does he have a hide spot yet? If not, he needs one so he can reduce the stress he gets from *being seen* in his new strange place.
