ISN'T HE A CUTIE!!!!! To adorable! At least I! think so. Mom just said "Yeah, He's cute. I like Igs better." SHE'S DRIVING ME NUTZ!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I'm calm now. :P The bug thing doesn't bother me as long as it's NOT roaches or maggots (that's what turned me off Chams!)!!! How big do they get? What type of house? Do they need or do ok in humidity? It's REALLY humid in the room where My Ig is. That's why I'm looking for another herp that Needs a similar enviornment. It's be a pain (not to mention difficult) to have to keep one part of the room humid and the othe part dry. I Also have a 100gl horse trough that My turts live in so that helps keep things steamy. :) Would one be ok in there? I may get one for me and let My Mom pick her OWN herp! I! think he's tooooo cute! ;P
:They have great personalities and are so darned cute! I take mine around sometimes (and I cannot take my current iguana anywhere!) The negatives are feeding some live instects & worms, although they also eat the same veggies your igauna does (but when they are young, they may refuse veggies). As they get older, they should eat more veggies than insects/worms. It took me awhile to get used to the insect thing, but it was well worth it! Here are a couple photos of my spiny baby, Flapjack. If you do get one, get one from a reputable breeder and try to get one that is 2-3 months old as they are a bit hardier rather than one that is only a month old.
