I dont think its fair to recommend to a youngster to spend hundreds of dollars to rescue a deformed and apparently sick iguana that probably (I said probably) will not live long enough to become the large monter the boy wishes him to become.Its great to think about finding a good new home to the iguana but I think we should think also about the boy's feelings and wishes!!

:Being that he is a rescue, it is not at all surprising that he had MBD. Please realize also that just because he had problems in the past, he can still live for 10-15+ years with good care now! Also, there really are not many (as in hardly any) captive bred igs in North America.
