Myka's Nose :(

Hi Everyone,

Myka had a pretty bruised up nose for quite awhile from bumping her nose on the plexiglass. Once she stopped bumping I felt it was safe to take the piece of wood off the plastic mesh on her door. I watched her very closely, and she wasn't bothering the mesh at all. But a couple days ago she started rubbing on it while I was in the shower. When I came out I found her bleeding some and looking like this. I had been treating her nose with diluted betadine up to this point, but now I think maybe something more should be done? This injury hurts her...and she really doesn't like it when I put the betadine on it. I'm so scared that she will get mouth rot from it!

Any advice? Go to the vet? Thanks! Wendy :)

PS-The mesh is covered back up again. But when she jumps from her trees to the ground she sometimes cuts her nose again.
