Myka has mesh in just one spot in her enclosure, and it is plastic on her door, th3 rest of her cage is plexiglass and wood. We had the bottom of all the glass and plastic mesh covered when she first came so that she wouldn't rub. I slowly took off one panel at a time, revealing the glass to her until only the mesh was covered up. When she was completely fine with the glass, I took the board off the mesh and that is when she hurt herself. I've got the board back up again, and I'm going to cut a piece of plexiglass to put there so she will never be able to rub her nose there again! I'm putting on polysporin at night now, I hope it helps my poor little Myka!! Thanks for all your help everyone! Wendy :)
