Age?

Is there any way to tell how old Spot is? I'm not sure what size cage he was in before the previous owner made the chicken wire cage. I know cage size is a factor in how quickly they grow. He's about three feet long and still has his original tail.
It's not too big of a deal if I don't figure out his age but it would be nice to know.

oh i gave him a bath earlier. he didn't like it much but i'm sure once he trusts me more he'll get used to it.
