From what you explained it can be many things. It could be from an incorrect diet, lack of proper heating, lack of uvb lights, lack of water, or like john-paul said...may of ate something it shouldnt of, or it may be a male, but considering that it tried to go to the bathroom and nothing really came out...some kind of blockage or another. Take it to the vet, but considering you couldnt find time to give it even a cereal bowl of water, I doubt you will get it checked out professionally anyway.

if you let it go long enough and it is constipated, eventually it will die a painful death or need surgeory cause all the urates and crap will harden like a rock in it intestines.

Dont mean to sound so harsh but next time your thirsty...dont get a drink.
