You know what bugs me about these pet stores the most?

They sell books!! Lots and lots of books. They have no excuse for the ignorance they plead.

The day that I first laid eyes on my Amazon, I noticed that on the bookshelves underneath the windows where you can watch dogs being groomed, they had nearly a wallful of books on reptiles. They must have had 8-10 copies of Iguanas for Dummies.

If the staff cared about animals as much as they claim, why don't they crack a book and learn about proper husbandry?

They have no excuses.
