I'm just one little person, with just 31 frogs, 2 bearded dragons, 3 budgies, 3 snakes, 1 ig and one cat. Just a drop in the bucket from their weekly revenue.

I far prefer to show up, talk to the staff about proper husbandry, and call Animal Control in a day or two if changes haven't been made. Fines and confiscation of the animals speak louder than the loss of my business.

It makes me crazy and pull my hair out, but it's my obsession.
