Clueless Parents

I'm sure that you've all heard it before, but my parents obviously didn't get a really good, clear picture when i told them that my little iguana "Sandtiger" wasn't going to be able to use the current tank that he's in. My first two iguanas didn't get very big because my brother's cat got them, but thats besides the point. My father thinks that if he stays in his tank, he'll never grow to be big. My momm agrees with him. Would someone please help me to convince them that what they are trying to do is wrong? The cage is about a yard squared. I know that he's gonna get big real soon. Please help me out for Sandtiger's sake!
