There are 2 sub-species currently "in the books".
They are: Iguana iguana rhinolopha = those with rostral horns (nose horns)
Iguana iguana iguana = those without rostral horns.
That said however, these distinctions are not generally recognized by taxonomists anymore. They are still technically valid, simply because no one has written any review of igana taxonomy in some time, but are generally not referred to.
There is however, differences in iguanas due to locality. They are not different "breeds" (this, at least to me, implies a much larger difference - such as in dogs) Green iguanas of different locals are all of the same shape and form, with only outward appearances such as color, and to a lesser extent possible size being the differentiation.
