Time to start thinking about the critter room ideas?

Okay Im going to be building a critter room in our basment of the new house (did I mention my new house will be set Wednesday and that we signed all the final papers last night after a LONG nightmare story) anyway Double D (iguana of course lol), Mickey (chinchilla), and Fluffy (rabbit) all there enclosures will be in this room (it will be right off our family/game area. I am Planning at this stage will be that it will have a secured door with ventilation (like a screen type of two half door things also it will be in a corner so Ill have two solid brick walls and then one large wall that will possibley be framed plexi or screening to allow to see them. NOw I need Play thing ideas. I need things that will interspecises work for exercise and play time (all be it there will only ever be ONE out of there enclosure at a time) but hte set up needs to be functional for all three to have enjoyment. ANY ideas??
