Seems like everything would work except consider the fact that if the room start to get hot to quick the rabbit might suffer, rabbit can easily handle any cold temps but drastic heat real wreaks havic on them. I would just consider keeping her cage as far from the iguanas, just incase on a hot day when the cage really starts to warm up that the rabbit doesn't suffer. And I guess this goes without saying but make sure if you ever noticing the temps getting higher that the rabbit has plenty of water as they can dehydrate easy, maybe add a second water bottle if needed.
