Question for Dino!

Thanks for the info RE: Sick baby...please help! I set up her laying site tonight. She wandered along the top, gave it a sniff and a lick and promptly went to sleep on top of it. Should I let her find her own way in or give her some help? Once in, how will I know if and when she's done? Will she let herself out too? Sorry to be a pain in the neck but I'm just worried because of the dehydration and kidney problems going on at the same time. Thanks so much.
