Hi Mr. D.,

I have a question about a piece of your advice:

: Then put a call in to the state vet and/or USDA office.

Doesn't the USDA just regulate pet stores that sell exotic mammals? And then only the regulated animals (cold-blooded animals are not included in the AWA definition of Animal) in the store?

Just wondering because that's what I've been told. It would be great to find out otherwise.
