Went to PETCO lastnight!

Lastnight me and my girlfriend had to go to Petco to buy some waxworms for our Beardie..(We live in Fargo ND) Everytime we go to Petco we look at there Reptiles..mainly Igs and Bd...Anyway Im standing looking for the BD's, and my girlfriend says "Brad look at the Iguanas tails"... so I looked up at their cage... I could not believe it.. both were missing more than half of teir tails! I got pissed that Petco was even trying to sale them like that. We then asked a worker what happened to them, she said " I dont know, when I open the package they were in they were like that, and the rest of the tails were laying the box." That made me more pissed... I got my worms and left. Their number is 701-281-0010. I want to write a letter but Im not sure who to send it to. Need help
