: Sorry to hear about your experience. We might want to trade notes as we just found out that all reptiles are covered in the laws here in NH. While the word reptile does not appear in the law itself, it refers to animals kept as pets and since reptiles are animals kept as pets, they are covered. We also found out that not providing the right food, clean water and proper environment is considered cruelty.
