LIGHTING??

I saw a light which is called "ACTIVE UV", and is a screw-in incandescent, and it said that it gives off high amounts of UV light, but on another web-site I visited it said it is impossible for an incandescent light to give off UV light. Says on Flourescent bulbs can give off UV light!!! I heard several people in this forum say they use this "ACTIVE UV" light, but it doesn't mean it works, So which is it??? FACT OR FICTION???
