What it should read is that aside from the ActiveUV's and now a couple other companies products (not sure on names) standard incandescents do not produce any UVB.

If in doubt, unless it specifically lists UVB, it doesn't produce any. "full spectrum" and "UV lighting" do not equal the same thing.

The fact is that ActiveUV bulbs DO give off UVB. Actually the give off more UVB than the best flourescent on the market (ZooMed 5.0)

I'm sure the D's will post and fill you in on them more than I can, being that I personally have not tried them.
