Have a full workup done on him...Blood, fecal, x ray. Expensive but you're going to need all of this info if you are going to make any headway with this guy. You don't want to be treating for one problem only to find out that it's a totally different one. If he hasn't had any food in that long it's a good idea to keep pushing the pedialyte for a few days to try and re-hydrate him and get his system used to any kind of intake. You can also try making a "slurry" of veggies and pedialyte(collard, mustard, squash etc.) in a blender and feeding that.
Absolute best thing to do would be to get a UV source on his enclosure ASAP. I'd say that you're better than 50/50 that you've got some decent MBD issues happening. If you can get him out into sunlight for an hour or so a day for the next few days then do it. Be careful to supply him with water and make sure he doesn't overheat outside. Inside, depending on what he's in for an enclosure, I would recommend using an Active UV bulb on him. If you aren't comfortable with these bulbs then go with a ZooMed ReptiSun 5.0 or IguanaLight 5.0 (same bulb) but make sure that the bulb is within 12" of the ig. Keep his basking light on all day... Slowly increase the exposure time to the UV if you can.... Hour to start for a day or two...Two hours the next..three...etc. By the end of a week you should be able to get him on a 12/12 cycle for light.
