I am gonna go get the iggy handbook today. thank you for your reply. I apprecate the help. I will keep you guys posted and post some pics when he's less stressed out and I can take them. Im gonna check out your website and read whatever you have on there...thank you all in advance for being so kind and helping out... I have not reported the neighbors because iggys are outlawed in my state, and if I report them, their gonna take him away from me and and do who knows what with him and then he has NO chance of making it.

I feel for you and your iguana. We rescue herps all the time, happily I have never had one as bad off as yours. One thing that worked with one of ours that didn't want to eat was watermelon. It has a lot of liquid in it and its sweet, so easier to eat. It is also supposed to lower blood pressure & have a calming effect (atleast thats what they told me when I was pregnant), but it worked on our ig, now he eats like a pig! You may also want to consider IV fluids, I had to do it to my cat, it gets easier after you do it a couple of times. Good Luck!
