Calcium and stuff???

Okay people am I starting to bother you yet??? I need to know what kind of calcium to use. I've seen just Calcium, Calcium w/Phosperus, and Calcium w/Vit.D. Which do I use?? And I thought I saw somewhere that using and air pump, and airstone in a water dish might entice a iguana to drink from it better. Is this true???
