Just a quick question on others opinions of the other stuff in TUMS (yes, there is more than calcium) and in particular, sugar. Did some checking and for each TUMS, regardless of flavour, there is a ratio of sugar to calcium of 1 to 0.4 (as in there is more sugar than anything else) Also includes corn starch, talc, mineral oil, and either natural or artificial flavours. (peppermint is real, fruit flavour is fake)

Can all this really be good for an ig? TUMS have FDA approval to advertise as a calcium supplement for humans, but how will all the sugar etc, effect an ig over a prolonged period of time. Anyone ever see any long term documentation?
