Freddy needs protein??? Where do I get it???

Hey guys,
Freddy has really been growing. Its unbelieveable. BUT...I havent been giving him a strong protein supply. He gets his protien from whatever is in the mustard and collard greens, the squash, and the ocassional juvenile iguana food pellets that i mix in with his salad in small amounts. What other veggie (or whatever) can I give him for protein. AND PLEASE DONT SAY GREEN BEANS CAUSE THEY STINK!!
