taming

How do you tame a baby iguana that lives in a 4ft highx4ftx2ft cage that goes crazy when I just put my arm in the cage? I came back from vacation and Zabouri won't let me get near her. She needs a bath but there's no way I can pick her up. I also want to take her outside to get some natural sunlight, but if I can't pick her up, getting a harness on her would be impossible. What should I do and how long will taming her again take?
