We've always had luck with putting a clean t-shirt rubbed on yourself into their cages usually under their hide boxes.It gets them used to your scent.We also found wearing a t-shirt that you've held them with for a day or two so they smell their scent on you.
That and lots of patience,patience.We usually hold them later in the evenings also,,they're more calm.
