Floyd ttying to eat strange things~Mean anything?

Okay I let Floyd wander around the yard with me close behind and he passed up all the edible things and tried to eat the unedible???? First he thought the cement sidewalk was something to eat~ Of course he couldn't get a bit of that!LOL~ Than it was a big rock~??? Then a piece of wood!? Of course i didn't let him eat anything bad~ And these things were all to big to fit in his mouth anyway ~ I was wondering if anyone thinks he could be needing something in his diet and he is trying to get it~ I have heard dif theories on this and wonder what people thought~?
