I'm one of those people who do believe animals will eat strange things if they are lacking something in their diet but knowing what you feed your ig's I'm leaning more towards the belief that he might have been exploring. Much like babies, ig's explore w/ their mouths by tasteing and smelling things. I wonder if Floyd has ever been outside to roam before? Maybe it was all new to him and he was just curious. ;)

: Okay I let Floyd wander around the yard with me close behind and he passed up all the edible things and tried to eat the unedible???? First he thought the cement sidewalk was something to eat~ Of course he couldn't get a bit of that!LOL~ Than it was a big rock~??? Then a piece of wood!? Of course i didn't let him eat anything bad~ And these things were all to big to fit in his mouth anyway ~ I was wondering if anyone thinks he could be needing something in his diet and he is trying to get it~ I have heard dif theories on this and wonder what people thought~?
