igs taste everything as a means of exploring ... and hey! ya never know when that big giant rock might prove to actually BE edible ... LOL

(their sense of smell is linked to their tongue/sense of taste ... somethin' ... can't remember for sure how it goes ... "jacob's gland" .... ?????)
