Is my Iguana sick??

I just got an iguana a couple weeks ago and I got this one cuz it was the most calm one and he seemed to be already tamed. So I thought that was cool. Well his real nice healthy looking skin color diddn't last long. Right now he's like more brown than green. Well he's greenish-brown I guess you would say. I haven't bought any of those light bulb thingys you guys are talking about but instead I built him a 6x4x3 cage outside and put him there during the day while the sun is out. But at night he's usually in my room. Today is his second day in that big cage so I don't know if it's helping him any because he hasn't been eating for a week or so now. Like he would eat but just not as much. He's not that active like I let him free roam in my room and he just stays in a little spot by the window. He has never ever tried running away from me when I go to pick him up. So I don't know if when I bought him he was sick becuase he looked really healthy. Right now he's really skinny. So I went and bought the food that he use to eat in the pet store for like about $8. He hates it. I haven't seen him eat it not even one time. Not even if he's super hunger. He would just rather not eat it. He love collard green and green beans though but still doesn't eat enough. Please let me know when I could do to help him. Thank you.
