Thanks for the advice. My ig is a baby. I don't know if it is a boy or girl. I have a small light in her cage for heat, but think it is too bright when she is trying to sleep. She is eating a little now. The food I am feeding her is Juvenile Iguana Diet(Hartz)for igs under 2 and a half. She sleeps with her light on but I have read so many things on what kind of light to put in thier cages it is confusing to me. Can anyone tell me what is the best kind for igs. Should there be a different light at night than in the day? Should there always be a light? I have read that there should be a light for at least 12 hours a day. I have read so much I just don't know what is best for my ig (Ziggy) Thanks so much for all the advice given so far. About the leash, I didn't know it could hurt the ig, I would never want to hurt her I just thought a harness would keep her from running away and hurting herself. Thanks, Josh Kilpatrick
