I'm a bit confused about headbobbing...I'm not sure when it's a "good" bob, & when it's a "warning" bob.
Koteko has been "shudderbobbing" lately whenever my daughter takes his food into his cage, but then stops immediately & starts chomping down... so is this a "warning" bob, or a "hey! thanks for the munchies" bob?
I would thinks it's the "nice to see ya this morning, hand over the munchies" bob, but every once in a while he also tries a quick nip (she wasn't delivering munchies that time, just saying hello). I think he's generally a nice, even tempered iggy & is very docile. Enjoys hanging out on the computer monitors. It's just recently that he's started headbobbing every time someone opens the door of his cage...
I'm also wondering if he just loves his new cage so much that he's making sure we know it's "HIS" cage...?
I guess I'm just worried that one of these times he's gonna clamp down hard for some reason.... does this sound like he's giving warnings?
He's about 1 1/2 yrs old I think... we've had him for a year & he's grown a LOT.
What do you think?
