I need help

Ok here is the deal I got a baby ig tuesday from the pet store I know I know it was before checking things out sorry. I bought her a book a uvb bulb i already had a heat lamp an undertank heater i got her a big thick branch. moist moss is in her cage for humidity and she is still only eating small quantities of food and she picks at her salad. I mix up (bean sprouts brocoli stems the right kind of lettuce a tiny bit of rose petals and a little bit of tangerine) she eats like 7 bites then go back to her branch to bask. She is not cold her cage is from 92 on the warm end to 83 on the cool side she is at 87% relative humidity and she is i would guess like 3 months old (14" from snout to tail and 5" from snout to vent) is there something i am missing the book i read said she should be a varaciouse eater. Am i missing something that is vital here or is she just trying to adjust to the new surroundings and new diet they were feeding them dog food at the store how messed up is that.
