Since it is in a book then the book MUST be right and I must be feeding my 5 iguanas totally wrong then. Romaine, italian, broad leaf, iceberg - doesn't make a bit of difference. Lettuce is lettuce. The majority of it's composition is water and empty calories. Just remember, you picked your board name - not me. You are obviously a miracle worker if you are seeing drastic improvements in your iguana within 2 hours. Good luck with your ig. My prayers are with him/her.
